Il ragù è iscrivibile nella categoria delle pietanze dell’affetto. Premesso che tendenzialmente non si invitano a pranzo persone con cui ci si odia (a meno che non vogliate preparare loro un ottimo cicuta-menù), il ragù introduce un discorso differente perchè in quelle ore passate a mescolare si coglie l’affetto, la cura, l’attenzione del gesto e del rapporto umano.
Mescolare, assaggiare, pensare, ricordare.
Fidatevi di chi vi fa il ragù perchè vi vuol bene. Vi vuol bene veramente!
Vi ha pensato tutto il giorno ininterrottamente mescolando la vostra immagine al pomodoro, la vostra voce alle carote e la carne macinata a quella che sarà la vostra faccia dopo la prima forchettata.
